In some cases an appliance may be BER – Beyond Economical Repair. If this is the case our technician will advise you honestly. The service fee is non-refundable once the technician has been dispatched, but no further charges apply if the repair cannot go ahead.
Every repair carries a 100-Day Parts & Labor Warranty. If the same fault occurs within 100 days of our visit, we return and fix it at no additional charge.

The technician will provide the repair cost after completing the diagnostic.
If you approve the repair, you will not be charged for the diagnostic. The diagnostic fee is waived when you proceed with the repair.
If you decide not to proceed with the repair, you will only be charged for the diagnostic, also known as the service call.
In most cases we attend the same day. For genuine emergencies – particularly fridge freezer breakdowns where food is at risk – we aim for a 2-4 hour response window across Houston and nearby areas.
